Description
Our Pandyan Nadu mutton kulambu is a recipe researched from an almost forgotten method of making a mutton curry from the southern region of Tamilnadu. In the olden days sacrificial goats were prepared in old temples in far away places with limited cooking facilities. A simple blend of a few spices roasted and coarse ground gave this dish a rustic feel as it was cooked over firewood in large vessels and probably enjoyed Nader the shared of the temple trees.
