Description
Thandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. The dish originated from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in many other parts of the world.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander, Lemon, Chilly, Cumin, Black Pepper, Garlic , Cinnamon ,Clove, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Mustard, Black Cardamom, Poppy Seed, Turmeric, Gram, Bengal Gram, Salt, Fenugreek.
RECIPE FOR MAKING BONELESS CHICKEN:
- Take 100 gm cool in cool tandoori chicken with spice.
- Add yogurt and 10 ml water and mix well.
- Add 250 gm boneless curry pieces and soak for 20 minutes.
- Then fry soaked chicken pieces in oil.
